Sight Words: Trace, Write, Rainbow Write

Sight words are so important for our young readers! Here is an activity that I do with my students for extra practice to help them learn their sight words.

I like to use this activity in many different ways, such as: morning work, independent work, centers, practice, etc.

On each page the students:

-Trace the sight word

-Write the sight word

-Rainbow Write the sight word (this is when you write each letter of the sight word inside a bubble letter with different colored crayons. Use a different color crayon each time you write the sight word. After using different colors, it will look like a rainbow inside the letters!)
